The new SY800LC-10HD is powered by well-renowned advanced electronic technology ISUZU engine with exceptional work capacity. It is specially optimized & designed for SANY with reduced Fuel consumption by 10%, taking a leading position over the performance of other products in the 75-85T class segment. Advanced hydraulic priority system with Boom, Arm & Bucket regeneration system offers excellent output while working in bulk mining excavation. Big mining power can achieve through real-time power adjustment in the whole process of excavation and the curve analysis for excavation force under various operating conditions leads to the optimum result.

With an Electronic positive flow hydraulic system & SANY Dynamic Optimization Matching Control System (DOMCS), the productivity and fuel efficiency are achieved best in its class.SY800C-10HD is equipped with four power modes to match engine speed, pump speed & system pressure for versatile work applications. Independent oil cooling system adjusts fan speed according to hydraulic oil temperature to meet cooling needs of harsh mining conditions, thereby improving overall cooling efficiency and overall fuel efficiency.

Owning to the improvements made in Boom, Arm, Upper Structure & Undercarriage groups by using more durable materials in SANY 10 series new generation Excavators. Maganese alloy high strength steel plates are adopted on boom & arm structure and all welding seams have 100% gone through the ultrasonic flaw detection. The introduction of anti-wear plates specially manufactured by Sany provides longer bucket life while working in stringent mining conditions. Heavy-duty upper frame with critical load points are reinforced to improve the bending strength of the platform. SY800 major aggregates can withstand external heavy loads due to stronger beams of a D-shaped large section. The undercarriage is made up of high-strength alloy steel with good wear resistance & durability. Anti-collision ribs have been added to improve the strength of the track frame.

Multi duct, High capacity, fully automatic AC system provides more comfort to the operator. which also leads to more productivity. Air suspension seat with multi adjustments is adopted for more comfort. Thin & long joysticks are smartly designed for smooth operational control. SY800C-10 excavator focused on higher operator safety provided with ultra-silent FOPS/ROPS cab, Front lower & top cabin protective guards. Large windows of newly designed cab provide a wider work site view to the operator while working in tough mining conditions.

SY800C-10HD excavator walks allow for easy cab level machine access, with points of contact all around. Radiator & oil cooler packing is easily washable which leads to excellent cooling capacity. SANY excavator comes with a desert-type air filter with extremely high dust filtration efficiency design to deal with a highly dusty environment.
