Electrical Control System
- SYIC-2 integrated control system independently developed by SANY is adopted to ensure high system integration and accurate operation. The control system mainly includes power system, engine system, main control system, LMI system, auxiliary and safety monitoring system.
- Main electrical components are from internationally or industrially well-known brands, which can perform standby in such bad environment as in severe low or high temperature, Plateau, and sandstorms.
- The controller, monitor and the engine communicate through CAN Bus.
Hydraulic System
- Main pump: adopt open piston pump with large variable displacement, providing oil supply to the main executor;
- Gear pump: dual gear pump for swing, radiator and control circuit;
- Control: the main pump adopts the control type of electrically proportionate positive flow, and the winch motor is piston motor with variable displacement. The operating components are two hydraulically-controlled cross handles and one dual valve for travel pedals to control each executor proportionally.
- Max. pressure of system: Main load, aux. load, boom/jib hoist winch and travel system: 32Mpa, Swing system: 20Mpa, Control system: 4.5MPa
- Hydraulic oil tank capacity: 460L.
Swing Mechanism
- Internal-mesh slewing drive can slew the upper works by 360°.
- Slewing lock: Slewing lock device is installed. When the operation is over or the machine is in transport, the upper works can be locked tightly.

- Main and aux. hoist winches are driven separately by motor via gearbox. Operating winch handle can control the winch to rotate to two directions, which are lifting and lowering of hook. Excellent inching function is equipped on the machine.

Assembly/Work Mode Switch
In Assembly Mode, the over-hoist protection, boom limit, LMI are all off work to facilitate crane assembly; In Work Mode, all safety devices activate to protect the operation.
Emergency Stop
In emergent situation, this button is pressed down to cut off the power supply of whole machine and all actions stop.
Load Moment Indicator (LMI)
It is an independent computerized safety control system. LML can automatically detect the load weight, work radius and boom angle, and present on the display the rated load, actual load, work radius and boom angle.
In normal operation, the LML can make a judgment and cut off automatically if the crane moves towards dangerous direction. It can also perform as a black box to record the lifting information.
Over-hoist Protection of the Main/ Auxiliary Hooks
It comprises of limit switch and weight on boom top, which prevents the hook lift up too much. When the hook lifts up to the limit height, the limit switch activates, buzzer on the left control panel sends alarm, and failure indicator light starts to flash, the hook hoisting action is cut off automatically.
Over-release Protection Device of the Main/Auxiliary Winch
It comprises of activator in the drum and proximity switch to prevent over release of wire rope. When the rope is paid out close to the last three wraps, the limit switch acts, and the system sends alarm through buzzer and show the alarm on the instrument panel, automatically cutting off the winch action.

Comfortability
Fully-enclosed steel frame structure is adopted, and the front, side, and the top of the cab are installed with large-range high strength tempered glass, which provides good light permeability.
The driver's cab is featured with bright and capacious interior and wider vision.
Multimode and multilevel adjustable seat (including damping, noise reduction, and suspension type) is available, providing the most comfortable driving experiences for the operator. Air conditioning is provided to adjust the indoor temperature to a proper figure.
The right and left armrests as well as the auxiliary operating box are installed with operating handles, control buttons, ignition lock and other components. The distribution of the seat, operating handle, and various control buttons shall be designed based on ergonomics, where the seat can be adjusted to the most favourable position to make the operation more comfortable. The driver's cab can be adjusted according to work demands so.
Hoisting Mechanism
A variable hydraulic motor drives the planetary gear reducer to control the lifting and lowering of main hoists I and II. A good inching performance is provided.The highest speed can be realized through main hoist I and II. Synchronization function is designed. The largest parts of line is 36. Multiple layers of wire rope on fold-line drum can avoid messing rope.
The gearbox is quiet and efficient, with longer service life and convenient fuel change.

Operating Comfort

The operator's cab is bright with ample space, providing wider view and isolates noise in a better way. Multimode and multilevel adjustable suspension seat is mounted with minimum vibration and noise, bringing the most comfortable driving experience for the operator.
- Air conditioning and heater are designed to ensure the perfect temperature for operator. Better man machine interactive interface are realized through integrated 10.4-inch touch screen, programmable key switch and optional vibrating handle. On the left console mounted swing control handle, control buttons, emergent stop, radio and A/C panel; on the right console mounted three independent one-axis handles controlling winches, and two one-axis travel handles, as well as ignition, engine throttle and crawler telescoping buttons.

Load Hoisting Mechanism
- A variable hydraulic motor drives the planetary gear reducer to control the lifting and lowering of main hoists I and II. Meanwhile, the infinitely variable displacement ensures the excellent acceleration of hoisting power of main hoist I and II.
- Lifting capacity below 325t needs only one hoist, while two hoists must be applied simultaneously when the capacity exceeds 325t. Synchronization function of main hoists I and II is available;
- The maximum parts of line is 48. Multi-layer winding for drum with fold-line grooves can avoid rope disorder. Reducer is featured with low noise, high efficiency, long service life, and convenient oil change.
Luffing Mechanism
Drums with fold-line grooves are adopted for all luffing devices. Hydraulic motor drives the planetary gear reducer with excellent infinitely variable displacement to realize multi-functions.

There are two operation modes, working and installation for your convenience.
It features with real-time level display, stop operation braking away from machine, emergency electrical control, anti-lightning protection, automatically walk switches and CCTV with a complete set of safety and monitoring devices.

Operator’s Cabin
Fully-enclosed steel frame structure is adopted, and the front, side, and the top of the cab are installed with large high strength tempered glass, which admits sufficient light.

Multimode and multilevel adjustable suspension seat is mounted with minimum vibration and noise, bringing the most comfortable driving experience for the operator.
Air conditioning and heater are designed to ensure the perfect temperature for operator. New Lift Operating Condition Design
The operating condition of 20m boom + 12m heavy fixed jib is adopted, to meet the lifting requirement of shield machine used for subway construction and similar products.The turning-over operation of shield machine can be automatically done, without the auxiliary crane.The main hook could lift the heavy object up to 140T in 10 m radius. The auxiliary hook is larger enough to lift the heavy object up to 96T.
The load moment limiter indicator can dynamically reflect the loading capacities of main and auxiliary hooks.
High Efficient Self-Handling Technology
