The DEWALT exclusive Service Centers are located at major cities across the country. They are designed to cater to the needs of Industrial customers and End Users. They're located in Coshin, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore & Ahmedabad.

SPARE AVAILABILITY
Stanley Black & Decker uses scientific approach to undertand the spare part requirement of each and every service location & maintains all essentail spare parts at required stock levels at every service center.

WARRANTY
DeWalt products carry a 2 year warranty, Stanley products carry 1 year warranty, whereas for hand tools there is a 6 month warranty.

Warranty Policy : If the product becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period from the date of purchase, Stanley Black & Decker guarantees to replace all defective parts free of charge or at our discretion, replace the unit free of charge provided that -

1. The product has not been misused.
2. The product has been subject to fair wear and tear
3. Repairs have not been attempted by unauthrized persons
4. Proof of purchase or warranty card is produced.
